Waygo Youth Ministries is a non-profit based in Nashville TN. After several years of running a weekly discipleship group, we wanted to offer a retreat experience for all the high schoolers we serve who are hungry for encounters with God. In our experience an extended time in Nature without screens is one of the best ways to have that kind of encounter.

This retreat will feature worship, preaching from gifted speakers, prayer and silent reflection, and time for fellowship. Campers can also expect to have tons of fun. With a private lake, athletic fields, and a water slide at our disposal, this will be a retreat you won’t forget.

  • Yes! Many leaders from Wednesday nights will be counselors at Camp WayGo!

  • We will be allowing students to carpool to camp with written permission from parents. Permission can be sent to waygmonistries@gmail.com

  • Campers will sleep in rustic but air conditioned cabins, with about 8-12 other campers and one to two counselors per cabin.

    Boys and girls will be in different areas of camp separated by a gorge crossed only by a suspension bridge and patrolled by counselors.

  • We cannot give refunds to camp within one month of the beginning of camp due to the fee structure of the many elements we need to reserve.

  • Campers will have a short walk to the bathroom facilities which are nice but not luxurious - it’s camping! There are hot showers and clean restrooms, but we don’t want to oversell it - it’s not the Ritz.

  • You’ll be able to enter any food allergies into your registration details and the cooks will be given that info. You can also bring snacks!
